I used Sunset Storage to pick up my U-haul. Keegan was EXCELLENT. U-haul wasnt helpful at all, but Keegan made sure to make my experience great. He was friendly and sympathetic to my situation. Great customer experience. Id recommend picking your U-haul up from them.
Friendly people
We rented a small U-Haul trailer from this location. We originally reserved a U-Haul at another pickup location and U-Haul changed the pickup last minute to this location and by the time we were notified Sunset RV was closed. We called their office number and one of the owners Dave answered and ...Moresaid he would be happy to meet us after hours so we didn’t have to delay our trip. He was very accommodating! I would 100% recommend this business based off the customer service alone! We are happy customers! Thanks Dave!
