Found these movers on Thumbtack website. I gave them 2 stars on that site for friendliness and my things actually made it to the house. Now for the saga. Hired them, 3 men. 2 of them worked the Latino man and Hossein. The 3rd guy which I call Bobo hardly did a thing. I kept asking the Latino man ...More if he needed help because for goodness sake at that mans pace we will never be moved. They struggled with my furniture. They had no harnesses or any of the such to help them move heavy and good furniture. Ok , now everything is out. They sat outside the apt for 20 min. Just sitting there. My husband called they took another 8 min. Fast forward 38 min later(yes we timed them) it takes 23 min on the truck route. We take this way to avoid tolls. Anyways, Bobo is complaining YES complaining about moving items into the home. He then walks off the job. Yup, just leaves searching for a train that was no where near. Seriously! My husband calls me pissed off! We decide screw it help the other 2 guys. YES the clients had to step in and help because it's now going on 9 hours of the BS! They dented our refrigerator, my husband points it out they try to convince him it was there. Ummmm no the refrigerator is less than 2 yrs old AND it had our paint(new paint) on the fridge where the dent is. We notice the stairs was scraped and the sofa was broken. ā I leave the 2 star review. Hossein decides $150 is enough to compensate us for the damages. Hold on our furniture can't be fixed and upon further inspection there were more damages. What Hossein does not know is I have before and after pics because Judge Judy taught me that! We tell him no $350 he brings it down to $300. We are like fine whatever we are so done. $300 goes back into Zelle and I'll take the review down. I should add that we have text messages saying this was not his best move. So he decides to text us later and says $250. We didn't answer him because honestly it's not about money. I picked this guy off of reviews. How many people has he done this to. They get a measly $150 back to take down the review. Keep your money Hossein, I'd rather let the world know that you lack professionalism, your clients are not your top priority as you stated, furthermore, I hope you learned your lesson to be better movers. We don't need the $300 keep it!

Updated to Review: After our review was updated, we were contacted by Mr. Hossein, and a resolution was received. Desired Settlement: Billing Adjustment The resolution we have always desired was a refund for the damage incurred and a professional way of handling the issue. The business made a ...More response about ZAYN Movers by Mr. Hossein, and a final resolution was agreed upon, which was satisfactory to me, and the matter has been resolved. We recently had to relocate and researched moving companies. While researching through ANGIES LIST, we encountered ZAYN MOVERS located 224 West 30th Street Suite 809, NY, 10001, and 21 Lake Road, Saddle River, NJ 07458. Since this company was rated exceedingly high and no further complaints were found while researching, we decided to hire this company. Unfortunately, our move did not go accordingly, we had requested the movers to arrive between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM, but they arrived at 10:15 AM, making this a late move. The movers were able to accommodate us by rescheduling our move on short notice. By far, this was the only professional thing we were able to get from this company "accommodation". When we started to unpack our furniture, we then noticed all of the damage done to our furniture. They used cellophane instead of cloth material to prevent damage to wood. As soon as we noticed, we contacted Mr. HOSSEIN, the primary contact to ZAYN MOVERS, and provided all of the pictures as proof of damage. Mr. HOSSEIN did not provide any form of empathy or apologies. We had to contact him to maintain some form of contact continuously, or he would have never returned calls or responded to emails or text messages. He did offer a 350.00 refund for the labor encountered, but again, this was not enough for the dining table's value worth over 1000.00 or the bedroom furniture. At no time did he apologize for the inconvenience, and requested a personal friend to try and fix the damage to avoid going through the insurance company due to further inquiry from the insurance company. But when this did not go accordingly, Mr. HOSSEIN has decided the proper and professional way to handle this situation is by blocking our contact numbers and email. We have no communication with this company or himself, and he has not attempted to resolve the damage. If we had encountered any bad ratings of any reviews for this company, we would have never done any business with ZAYN MOVERS and Mr. HOSSEIN.
