One of the only storage places within driving distance of BedStuy that is open late. We were directed here from the Broadway location when we wouldn't have enough time to move in before closing. The rep was SO helpful, offering our first month free and walking us through all of the steps for a ...Moreccessing the building. Very impressed with their customer service.

My experience was perfect!!!! Kathy took care of me and she was awesome ...I was in a rush and she made her best to be fast and efficient .....when I left I was glad I had to deal with her ! Thanx again:)

Great location with an even better staff, especially Tiffani and David! I would highly recommend using this location if you're looking for an affordable unit with extremely friendly and personable staff.

The woman that assisted me when I came was nice and very helpful. However that's the only positive. I reserved online and later called to tell them what time I'd be there. They called me 4 other times to ask me what time I'd be there. They also don't tell you about a mandatory protection plan ch ...Morearge, nor do they tell you to bring a lock. If you don't have a lock that's another charge to buy one from them. I went from paying $25 to $56 for a "free first month".
