HOW RUDE CAN AN EMPLOYEE BE??? I had the most horrible experience with this particular branch just a few days ago. I arrived at 6pm, on the website and on the door of the building, it states closing time is at 7pm. I arrive in the freezing cold while it was snowing with my son in my hands beca ...Moreuse I needed emergency storage and I rushed over there before they closed. I was told rudely that I could not open a new unit because they closed the system one hour before closing time. WTF? on the door it says that office hours close 1/2 hr before closing. Why does this branch need to close one hour before time? I was furious. I asked for the managers name and how the manager could be reached because I wanted to put in a formal complaint. I was told, I could not get that information. Now, I am not a new consumer, I know how business work. When I told them, that you have to give me that information I was disrespected and brushed off. For sake of time and space I will not go into detail of how bad the two employees treated a potential customer. I would never give them my business, especially with all the competition that is around. I suggest you do not do business with them.

I rented a room on a Thursday of the month probably like the 4th day of the month. I later found a room that was at a cheaper rate and Stop & Stor does not give refunds. Your tied to a contract with them for the full month even if you never moved in the room. I am outraged at the policy that ...Morethey have. There is no regional location to speak to a person to dispute or find out if you can get a better deal on a room your never going to use. I say use discretion before renting at this place. If you are unsure wait until your are certain before you rent a room. This is unfair to a consumer that is moving into a borough with no idea of location in which would be more convenient. I am out of $200 dollars on a room I will never use this is ridiculous.

I rented the small storage. It took less than 20min to open it. The people are VERY nice and sweet.

Heartless predators. The difference between this store and a terrorist is you can negotiate with a terrorist. Even after paying my bill, would not allow me access due to a late fee of $15.00. Fifteen dollars!!! FIFTEEN DOLLARS!!! Holding my belongings hostage. Requested why I did not receive n ...Moreext months bill on the usual 16th of the month, I was told because I had a balance due. Asking them to put both bills together, I thought the manager was going to have a stroke. This is some corporation!!! Requesting help from corporate was another waste of time .No reply at all. What a horror show. Waiting for Norman Bates or Freddie to show up and put me out of my misery. After you sign they are rude, unhelpful and smug. They do and say everything and anything to make you feel like the problem is all yours and they cannot help. More like they will not help or just don't want to. Run away.... no.. no sprint away from this place and hold onto your dignity. They do NOT deserve even a half star

My mother has a storage unit here, I went with her a few weeks ago one night to add some stuff to the room. The area was sketchy. My mother told me she's even seen people in the building who look homeless, doing who knows what. There's no security that I've seen and only a few employees.
