Pros: Sparkling clean. Super close to my apartment. Somewhat reasonable prices for the area. Nice loading areas with the option to pull your car inside the facility for loading. Friendly, professional staff if, and only if, you come by well before closing time. Cons: Their hours are very limite ...Mored. They close the office half an hour before the posted closing time. They will hassle you if you come by any time close to that, say within 45 minutes of the building closing. They stop being friendly and become the self storage Gestapo. I am hoping to find a 24-hour storage facility near my apartment, but I doubt I will. If I could do it over again, I probably would not go with this place. If you work weekdays and need a unit you can access primarily on evenings and weekends, I don't recommend this one.

The facility is clean, the staff very nice. Drive-through out of the rain is great for loading/unloading. But the process of getting a unit is asinine. The website bears no connection to the reality of the facility. Your online "reservation" means nothing, as there is no correlation with the a ...Morevailable units at the facility. You still have to call them to see what is available, and even that isn't guaranteeing anything until you are there.

UN ethical. Bait and switch. They give u a reservation on line. Then when u go there is nothing available except super expensive lockers. Don't go here.

I have been a customer of this location for about 2 years now. I usually visit my unit about 2-3 times a month. The location is near my home.I recently decided to stop by and do a thorough cleaning of my unit, what I am about to tell you should warn all new customers. In my storage unit there is ...More only clothes and furniture, and what I saw scared me to death ! I saw rats jumping out of my shoe, paper ripped to shreds by the rats all over the floor. After I seen this I didn't want to keep anything I did not desperately need, I threw out everything that I could afford to get rid of. When I picked up a box with miscellaneous items to take outside , I couldn't believe my eyes . Inside the box was baby rats !!!1 I almost died, I hate rats , especially in my clothing. I couldn't believe my eyes! There is no food , nor food like items in my unit only clothing and furniture. After being completely horrified by this fiasco, come to find out the facility do not have one garbage can or a dumpster to put garbage. So after I gathered all my rat infested belongings, there was no place to dump the garbage ! The manager told me there is a dumpster, but for the employees only not the customers ! He recommended to call 1800-pickupjunk to help me get rid of all my trash. Why on earth would I pay to get rid of clothes that was infested by your establishment. Overall, I do NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. It's expensive and filthy, they have a serious rat problem . You can see this by all the mice traps they have in the hallways, which is not helping at all. I am so disapointed. I would never use another storage facility again. I rather just donate my stuff to Salvation Army, it's not worth the headache or the lack of customer service.

Wow thanks really first class customer service. Very professional & pleasant management & staff. Am a repeat customer so u can imagine.
