Small Moving New York (Open Now)

We used Small Moving New York for a small moving job within NYC. Although it was a rainy, lousy day, Small Moving completed the job on time, and were wonderfully professional and clean. I would use them again. In addition, their prices were reasonable, and they were able to provide my with Ce ...Morertificate of Insurance at the last minute.

I got a 9am appointment today and they suddenly changed it to 10am. And they didn't let me know a change u till I called them. And they are not here yet even it's 10:15 already. Not reliable at all.

Booked and confirmed my moving both with email and phone call but they didn't reserve my moving. I knew it 3 days before my moving and had to find another movers. They are mess and I will never ever use them again. Please be careful and we never can trust movers like them at all.

Moved my daughter from Wall street Manhattan to Brooklyn on a busy labor day weekend. The crew couldn't have been nicer. They did a great job and all worked out well. I would use them again and would recommend to all. Phil

Great company. The operations manager wrote minimally and to the point during our emails back and forth, which was different and initially a little off-putting compared to all the cheery customer service responses I got from my other quotes, but they got the job done nicely and for a competitive ...More rate! The movers worked darn hard in nearly 100* weather going up and down two 4th floor walk-ups; they did initially show up without masks and put them on after I asked, though eventually asked to take them off due to difficulty breathing. A little disappointing, I've worked manual labor jobs in full PPE before the pandemic and it's doable, but still hard, so it was understandable. They didn't charge me extra for when they misread my email and showed up a half hour before my storage facility was open, and one of them even noticed the new apartment's bathtub could use some resurfacing and said that was his other job, if we wanted it done. Would recommend for those looking to move to/from a small apartment and on a budget.
