Incredibly unprofessional. They have moving people who are theives and management tolerates it to the point that all complaints are ignored. They constantly give you the run-around with promises that they'll help you with your problem. They never return phone calls and I have a suspicion that my ...More messages where not passed on to the people for whom they were intended for. They also don't reply to e-mails. All in all, NEVER, EVER, use these people. They are scum and I'd rather leave my possessions on the street unsupervised than hire these people. I just wish I could give a negative star review because 1 star is 10 stars too many for the extremely negative experience I was forced to endure.

Do not move with them. I Repeat DO NOT MOVE WITH THEM. Even if you have a voucher dont go with them. What I experienced with them: 1. Stuff will ignore your request for a while or take too long to start the process. 2. Will delay pick-up 3. Miscommunication with their drivers 4. Will take a mon ...Moreth of delivering your items 5. Will forget to load all your items 6. Will brake items and not insure them 7. It will take an additional month to receive your items they forgot, instead of giving you money to replace them. 8. Will send you something old that doesn't belong to you, even if you give them a picture 9. Do not care once they get their money or claim is closed. The only thing that was good about them were the movers.

Although I did not hire this company, someone on my block did. They blocked the entire street for a very long time, angering blocks of affected drivers behind them. Drivers will usually circle around the block in this situation, just to release the traffic. This crew chose to swear at angry ...Moredrivers, and laugh about the situation they were causing. There was also a hydrant 100 feet away where they could have easily pulled out of traffic to unload. Nasty, uncaring and unprofessional. I would have called the company to report, but after reading their prior reviews, customer service is apparently no better than their crews.

I had a great experience with the movers today they moved my tenant from the Bronx to Brooklyn with no problems. Luis, Kemar and Garfield are so professional they made sure that everything was taken care of. Thanks Baya Movers and again a special thanks to Luis, Kemar and Garfield.

I had the worst experience with them my items where broken. They just threw my items in boxes . lost my all my important papers as well. And they left my home a mess. There horrible dont use them at all. they where rude, took apart things that didnt need to be took apart. I would never ever use ...More them again.
