The owner is so helpful. Someone stole our bag right in front of her building and she helped us recover it through her surveillance camera. Our stuff were very secure in her location once we stored everything. Definitely recommend this place!

It was a major relief for me when I found OEG luggage storage. I needed somewhere to storage my luggage for a few hours while I went to the Bronx. This place was actually referred to me by the information desk at Grand Central station. I was nervous leaving my luggage, but OEG was professional a ...Morend trustworthy. It was easy to drop off and pick up my luggage. There was no hassle at all! The rates are fair and affordable too. They charge by the hour around $2.50 and then they have a maximum of $10 for the day. So reasonable and I would recommend!

I was definitely sketched out about luggage storage from the get go but I am so glad that I decided to use OEG. We had a long layover so we decided to spend the day in NYC and wanted somewhere to put our luggage. This location was super convenient and most importantly trustworthy. They will not ...Moreup charge you and are upfront about everything. There was a locker across the street but that one had an owner that was not friendly and reviews of scamming customers. Kazzi was one of the nicest people I have ever met and made our first luggage locker experience a great one! If I was in new York ever again and needed somewhere to put my luggage I would definitely use this place!

Easy to use and feelings of safe and sound. Luggage was received by a young woman who seems to be running a small business. No problem checking the luggage, receiving a ticket and exchanging contact info. Luggage was left in safe holding by OEG and we went about our day sight-seeing until it cam ...Moree time to retrieve our luggage. Transaction was paid for and couldn't have been any easier. Would recommend to a traveler who doesn't want to haul around your luggage during a trip.
