I called a week ago to schedule an appointment for a hitch installation. I received a receipt confirming my appointment for this morning to install a 3rd party hitch. When I arrived this morning I was informed that U-Haul does not install 3rd party hitches. If that is the case then why did they ...Moresend the email receipt?!?! I scheduled the appointment because I needed it installed quickly, it is not difficult to install, it just takes time. I will do it myself but I was hoping to save time by paying for an appointment. Instead of saving time, I will end up wasting hours dealing with U-Haul. I will make sure my friends and family know not to waste their time with U-Haul!
