The attendants in the garage are great guys but the people in the customer service/main office are horrible. No manners and no accountability, even the managers. They literally lie to you over the phone and then do something else. This has happened to me on 3 separate occasions. Let it be known ...Morethat I was a monthly customer, never late on payments not even once and had my monthly spot for about 3 years. I'm not one to post reviews but this one was needed especially when people are paying a car note for monthly parking. You should spend your dollars where its deserved. They also hide their number for the main office so customers can't contact them and resolve issues, therefore left screwed! *** THIEVES *** Parked there on Sat night (11/24/18) and was charged over $65 for a few hours. More so, had $400 Prada sunglasses STOLEN (They were nice enough to leave the case). When I confronted the next day, I was told why i didn't report that night. Sorry, I don't check for my sunglasses ...Moreat 3:00 AM! Also, they are not responsible for anything inside he vehicles. Etc etc. When they got frustrated, they said "Fill our a police report". This is a multi-million dollar operation charging obscene prices yet customers can also get items STOLEN. This place is an absolute disgrace.
