This storage facility saved me when I needed to have clean safe well lit storage that I would need to be accessing frequently during a move in temporary accommodation living. From Tim who originally rented my unit to Eddie who got the elevator person to rescue my car key that fell down the eleva ...Moretor shaft to Coco who lent me a hand when my arms were full and I was trying to move things into my car before the facility closed for the night (only bad thing about this facility is the short hours), I have had consistently excellent service. Competent people very pleasant and I love Coco's smile always cheery positive and ready to help very customer service oriented which is just what we need when we're stressed out!

Stored our extra stuff there for close to three years - just cleared out today. Facility was always clean and well-lit, and people working there were always nice and helpful. Knocked a star off as it was way expensive and rates seemed to go up every few months. Still, probably pretty common arou ...Morend here. Also, main hallway is a little narrow but there's nothing they can do about that. Beats the heck out of lots of self-storage places we've used.

Eddi was incredibly professional and accommodating, he made sure I understood everything from accessing the building to additional account members, and he waited for me to haul addition ...Moreal items over before closing for lunch. I feel completely comfortable and secure with my items living at StoragePRO-Beale.

Normally this place is fine because I don't have to come often... BUT it has a stupid practice of closing during lunch hours even though those lunch hours aren't listed anywhere on the website or phone greeting. I stopped by at 1pm on a Sunday and the "manager" on duty told me we couldn't come ...Morein for an hour because he and his coworker were on lunch, even though one just sat in the office and the other went to his car in the parking lot the whole time. He also said that people should call before they come, because even if their hours are listed on the website, "the staff might be busy and can't let you in, and it's up to you make sure you can get to your storage unit." When I suggested that they list lunch/break hours on the website so this doesn't happen to anyone else in the future, he said that's unnecessary and repeated that it was my fault because I didn't call first. What is the point of listing any open business hours if paying customers are not able to access their units during those times? This is a frustrating situation and I understand if an employee has no control over policy so it's not the "manager's" fault per se, but I take issue with him being completely condescending and smug, and his insistence this was my fault for not calling first. Overall, this can be fixed easily if they cared: 1) List lunch/break hours on the website and voicemail, as well as the sign on the door (which has no mention of lunch hours). 2) If there were two employees on duty (as was the case today), take lunch in shifts. Furthermore, if this was a weekday, many people might need to access their storage units around the lunch hour so this practice makes it inconvenient and inconsiderate for customers who are paying top dollar for storage space in an already expensive city. Please also note that Storage Pro offers you a discount when you first sign up if you write a good review. The facility itself isn't bad. It's the staff attitudes and inaccessibility issues that are the problems.
