This is a great place, I checked in at 4:40 (20 minutes before closing) yesterday and Todd was incredibly helpful and friendly despite our making him stay after closing. The whole process went quite efficiently too. The garage has a lift to help with heavy items which was great. One thing to not ...Moree is that the hallways are quite narrow, and the entrances to the units are sometimes less wide than the actual unit, so keep that in mind for large items.

Wow! Todd was exceptionally helpful when my husband and I moved out of one of our units the other day. I can't recommend him enough, he really went above and beyond. He was super friendly and helpful with details. He even gave us a cup of water when we looked tired.

Excellent service, staff was extremely helpful. Best prices in the area. My only complaint is that I was given a storage unit that could only be reached via stairs - I had to use one of those rolling staircases on wheels. This was difficult because I was storing heavy suitcases and it was har ...Mored for me to carry them up the stairs. If I'd known in advance that that was the unit I was getting, I would've made other arrangements.
