Storage post on Park Ave in Linden Nj.... Since the new building my unit has been invaded by mice/rats! I opened the door and the amount of feces that fell out was disgusting!! I have a closet sized unit which I use mainly for seasonal items... when I went to gather the Thanksgiving items I was ...Moreso floored! Then I walk into the main office and it smelt of a dead animal! I just can't with them! Sadly the office was full of employees witch did nothing to help my situation! Property manager was not at all apologetic! I have used cube smart in the past and I never experienced this ever !! Then The property manager stated to me that that's what happens when people bring n store food!! I expressed to her that is not my case and all she could do was say there is no control of the other units! I have to get out but I am so afraid of having to empty the unit!!!

I would advise on NOT using this facility. There has been several occasions where locks have been broken and property has gone missing. Either someone is just breaking in or this is an inside job. I'm leaning more towards the inside job theory.

The most understanding people I helped an evictee move into this facility The agent ( Edyta) was super nice and helpful She was very accommodating I use Storage Post to place evictees and they never discriminate I strongly recommend this company And specially the Linden NJ branch
