Great experience moving into our unit today! Facility was easy to find, easy to park the car in, clean and new-looking. The two employees who got us set up, Sharonda and Abimbola, were super nice and helpful. There is 24 hours access (and security onsite outside of office hours) now that we're ...Moreall set up, and Sharonda walked us up to our unit and explained how to use all the keypads, elevators, etc. There are dollies available to borrow to get your stuff up to your unit. There's even a bathroom! Very happy with our choice.

I highly recommend this place for storage - easy access, great price, and most important, friendly customer service. Fred was quick to help me and get me sorted when I arrived well past closing time. He could have told me to come back tomorrow but instead he stayed late and was so nice about the ...More whole thing. If you need storage in Brooklyn.. this is your spot.

If your looking for a storage facility with excellent customer service,a clean environment, a wide range of storage options and great value for your buck storage post is the place to go. Fred was so kind and helpful when I needed help understanding the all details on pricing, space, square foot ...Moreage and all the specials they offer their customers. He's the the expert and knows the ins and outs of that place. Sadly my company needed to move our storage space closer to our new office location for convienece however, storage post on Grande ave BK is still the best!!! Wish we could have stayed.

Fred has been amazing! He was very nice and helpful. This facility is so close to Pratt and has small inexpensive lockers that are perfect for dorm rooms. Open 24 hours! We will be back at the end of the school year.

I don't review often but my experience here was inordinately good. Everyone I interacted with at this business was so kind and helpful. The paperwork was clear and readable. Signing up and closing the account was so easy. The space is clean, well-lit, and easy to access (bus, parking, loading do ...Morecks) both during and after hours. I will use them again for sure if I need storage again.
