The guy in their front desk rushed me to get the paperwork done because he needed his lunch break. Yeah I know we scheduled a 12 sharp meeting but that is a 2 way street, you could have said "not at noon". I'll take my business elsewhere, thank you.

I've used several storage places in San Francisco, and Evan's street Public Storage is by far the right choice . The units and space is clean and secure. Ana and Eric made sure from the moment we walked in the door we would be happy using their facility. I've tried the rest, and this place is th ...Moree best.

Went there right before closing the guy working there Eric showed great customer service and allowed me to finish unloading the truck and get my job done. Eric was very helpful and truly showed what customer service is all about. Thank you.

I would give it a zero rating if I could. Woman yelled at me this morning and hung up on me saying she would just have the district manager talk to me after I questioned a charge. Whether or not I sign a contract, I have every right to ask about charges. She mentioned my contract and asked if ...MoreI had even read it, instead of talking with me she belittled me. I believe she is the regular manager, she was hostile and uncommunicative. I really hope they record phone calls, as I'm sure nothing can be done unless they do. I would advise Public Storage to review the recording, I'm honestly still in shock.
