Public Storage (Currently Closed)

I've parked my car on two occasions, for two months each session. The reservation via the internet was painless; the signing of the contract was without problems. The location of the property is in South San Francisco which is definitely the problem. I've been at my company, which is located ...Moreclose to this business, for over 2 decades and our property has witnessed more problems with break-ins than one could imagine. My conclusion, South San Francisco is NOT SAFE. With this in mind, I've willing stored my car here but with precautions. The steering wheel is locked to the brake pedal, the glove box is left open, no items are in the car and the hatchback lid is removed so that everyone and anyone who is up to no good will see that the car has nothing to steal. As for the two occasions upon which I parked my car, I noted two to three other cars which had been broken into. Be warned, SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO IS NOT SAFE for your property.

Guivy is super nice. Very helpful and I'm so glad that we found this place... we had been looking for a storage unit and actually rented one in Burlingame, we got there with a loaded truck and we were so disappointed with the size of the unit and we explain to Bruce from the first storage place ...Morewhat we really need it and he was nice enough to immediately call Guivy and she was able to find the unit that was perfect for us and of course better price too... I've used public storage before at a different location. I was feeling iffy at first because of my previous experience, but I really needed this small unit at the meantime. For the special price that was offered, I went for it. The process to inspect and move in was smooth and the customer servi ...Morece was very friendly and genuine. I left my unit locked improperly and they notified my right away. I was so worried because I am over 400 miles away at the time and can't make it back to lock it. I've called them to ask about my situation and they had placed a temporary lock to secure it. Thank you soooo much!! The other location I was in had the roof and rain collapse on my space because of the construction they were doing and they wouldn't do any thing about covering my unit. So this kindness at this location was so refreshing!! I'm so relieved. I hope my good experience here doesn't expire lol
