We live in the Richmond and wanted a storage unit close by. Chris B. Was excellent in helping us find the perfect unit to store our belongings during a home remodel. He made us feel like we were touring a hotel rather than storage unit. He's as friendly as could be and answered all of our quest ...Moreions. He'll make the process of storing your crap as pleasant as a spring day in golden gate park. Thanks, Chris and public storage!

Moving is never fun. Philip made my move less stressful and was very helpful. I talked to him on the phone before choosing Public Storage on Geary and he answered all my questions. I really appreciate his help!

I love this place! I really appreciate the patience and assistance given to my mom and I during a really difficult period. Pam is awesome! As for the unit, it was clean, large and secure. I highly recommend this business and wish everyone dealing with the horrors of moving the best of luck! Ciao ...More! :)

This storage unit says it goes by "market rate" and I feel this use this term to take advantage of customers. After 4 years of having a storage unit at this location, our unit has gone from $300 to $495 a month! It's more expensive than our car lease. When we contacted them and asked if we can m ...Moreove out in June 2 (we weren't able to be there before May 31), they told us we couldn't be prorated and would still be charged the full $495 for the month. On top of this, for $495, there is very little security as this location. There are just security cameras at the entrance, there are NO security cameras on any other floors of this building. Pathetic!!!

I've been paying $425 a month for my storage unit for 18 months now. The unit is too big so in order to save money I went online to find a smaller unit at the same location. Not only were smaller units available, ALL units had lower, "promotional" monthly pricing than what I've been paying. I ca ...Morelled the Geary location and asked to have the lower price offered to "new" customers. The response was "that's only for new clients, we do t give existing, loyal clients better pricing!" Being an avid consumer with many social media followers who would be appealed along with me, I said I'd like to speak to his manager. He reluctantly gave me the Public Storage corporate number and said "they'll tell you the same thing!" Which, they DID. So I'll be leaving this hideous company and moving my "stuff" to a nicer, lower priced competitor. I'm on a mission to denounce Public Storage because of their poor customer service and horrible pricing. It's "air" people.

Their hours are terrible. I've never used a storage space with worse hours. They are basically open only during work hours, making any interaction here super inconvenient. If I had a choice I would never keep anything here. Employees are minimum wage helpful. Don't expect to see a smile.
