Was a client for 2 years. Our new storage facility is closer but the staff are nowhere near as friendly and helpful as the people at Marinship. In particular Michael, the manager, was fantastic. A personal and customer-focused touch the bigger chains definitely don't have.

I checked several storage options all over Marin and the quality here greatly surpassed anything else I saw. The staff was helpful, patient and flexible when I had to change the size of the space I wanted to rent. This was my first time using a storage facility and I feel very comfortable with m ...Morey "stuff" being here. So clean! I definitely recommend it!

I recently leased a storage unit from Marinship Self-storage for business use requiring, twice daily visits. Mike and his staff are professional and friendly. Just tonight Mike informed me of two packages and brought them to my unit for me. It is very important that I have access between 7am and ...More 7pm and I have never had a problem with access. I have rented from other places over the years and it's usually the same okay vanilla experience, but Mike remembers your name and goes out of his way to make sure you're happy.

I have had many storage space experiences in my time and this one, by far, was the best. Great, clean, dry, well-lit, easy to access, secure space and, best of all, was the help that Michael gave us getting our stuff out of the car and into the space in a sensible and organized way. Super fast service, very convenient location, well-organised set up of storage units, each unit can be reached with a car, clean environment and fair pricing. Five stars!
