Do not do business with company ! I handled the coordination of the moving of my daughters things. This company was used to move her stuff brokered by National Express Moving. The company lost and broke stuff. My daughter put in a claim and they approved it but never sent her the check. Afte ...Morer over 6 months, I called them several times and only went into voice mail. I contacted National Express Moving and they said it wasn't their problem but she would call Integrated Moving Solutions about it. After several weeks and several responses from National Express that she will ask again about the check, I never heard from them. I finally threatened the person at National Express Moving and I immediately got on a conference call with Integrated Moving and they finally sent the check to my daughter. Don't do business with either of these company's. They had no plan on paying the claim.

I would give negative 10 however unable to give that number. Not only do they over charge you but once your things get to your destination all of our exercisEs equipment was bent. The desk leg was broken , boxes and bins were broken smashed and cracked!!! IIt was cheaper for me to leave my stu ...Moreff and buy new equipment and desk then to have it moved my way! They are not ethical and I have reported them to BBB. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I requested that they take keep the broken stuff because it will cost me more money to have it taken to the dump and they refused. I need to file a complaint and they will pay us 60 cents a lb as mosT other moving company do, the difference is tHe other moving companies actually keep the items from breaking!!!!

I Had a great experience moving with this company. The driver Sebastian and his brother did an excellent and professional job getting my furniture and boxes into my place they Assemble everything into our new place. Couple scratches here and there but nothing broken. Highly recommended

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have never left a review before but I felt the need to let consumers know...DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! I have moved many times over 60 years and never have received such horrible service but also, every box was dented, broken and they took absolutely no care w ...Moreith boxes that said 'fragile." So many of my items were broken or I counted 20 broken items. They are criminals. They also tried to get more $ when they delivered. I did not even know they were the company That was moving me until they showed up. Also, do not use Trinity Relocation Group. They are a broker who outsourced to another moving company. They get an upfront fee....then I paid the people who picked up my belongings and then I also paid the delivery company. Horrible experience!!

It has to be the worst company ever I would not use them to move anything Every piece of furniture was damaged held Furniture hostage for more an more money Please stay away from this company
