I decided to move out of my ridiculously priced storage down the Bruckner and into Goodfriend and i must say that from star to finish it was convenient and easy. Money well spent.

Good and clean facilty, staff seemed impeccable and very informative and helpful. Prices are decent and flat rate taxes included. Hours can be better, 7 am to 7 pm is the same as getting home from work at 6:15 pm and trying to make it to the laundry mat before 7 pm at the time of closing. The ...Moreir advertising should be more clear as to free use of the van upon moving in. What they dont tell you is that you the renter, are not allowed to drive the van. Nor are you allowed ride in the van with their driver, as i was told due to insurance purposes. And with an 2 hour rental time to move your belongings from one place to them is challenging to do in 2hrs. Then you have to take cab from where you are coming from back to their facility then unload with no help from them. Then go get another load of your belongings. All i 2 hours.... My opinion, rent a uhaul and work at your leisure with no pressure.

Shiny and new, the air conditioning actually works! The elevators are super nice, too. And the carts... not a squeak or wiggle in any of them. Staff are friendly and professional. I got a better rate and a bigger unit than what I had in Brooklyn at Storage Post. Also, the place is immaculate. On ...Morely a block and a half from the 6 train at Zerega. Highly recommend for all the right reasons.
