Total fraud. Never under any circumstances would I recommend this "service". They are not movers. They won't give you the number of the people actually doing the work. They ghosted twice on email confirmed times. Many attempts to get them to do what their 200 dollar deposit requires them to do ...Morewere an exercise on futility. 13 voicemails, not one response. Sad!

Canceled my move twice in as many days. Customer service was okay about it, but I had to call several times to get updates. At the very least they refunded my deposit, otherwise this would be a good time one star review.

Had a great experience with Golden Bay Relocation. Tahir, the foreman for my move and the other two movers were fantastic! They came in ready to work! Everyone was very professional, efficient, and honest. Will use them again in the future.
