Wish I could give fewer stars. With all the storage options available in this area you would think they would be more attentive to customer service. They make a mistake, refuse to rectify it, service person lies about it, hangs up on me on the phone and I end up with an $85 fee. Can't wait to mo ...Moreve my stuff.

I checked in today. I got my lock, key and contract. The woman running the location was awesome! She was very sweet, knowledgeable and helpful. So far so great with my storage experience! I highly recommend the location. Clean, safely lit, and organized. I'm happy!

This is best place for storing your stuff. management is very helpful. place clear and well maintain. I definitely recommend this place.

My first experience moving items in wasn't the best. Some jackwagon had parked at the roll-up/loading area, unloaded his vehicle, and never came back. Made it necessary for me to unloading in the lot and then maneuver my items around his parked car. Mentioned it to the staff person there (re ...Moresident manager?), who acknowledged the situation, but as far I could tell, did nothing to remedy it.
