I have had numerous issues here over the past few years of renting space. Some of the issues were resolved, but I am so sick of the lazy and rude staff who won't do anything when I have an issue. I should not have to call and complain to corporate to resolve something that can be easily remedied ...More from the local office. The third floor is sweltering. It's one thing to have it at eighty degrees, it's another for there to be zero air circulation up to eighty degrees. At least have a fan up there. I hate to have to be so negative, but this is not my first issue with this location. If you want excellent customer service, seek it elsewhere.
