The manager Anthony west did not communicate the fees of my contract.he was very rude ans unprofessional. The movers had inaccurate move fee info and so there was just alot of confusion. I do NOT recommend this company for your moving needs. They are only concerned with getting paid. They do not ...More care about the customer.

BUYERS BEWARE!!! I just used this moving company and the process after speaking with the well spoken and helpful sales rep...who by the way doesn't respond to my calls now after having a nightmare experience...it's downhill after getting a good faith estimate and signing on the dotted line. Move ...More Day...five unprofessional and non COVID compliant movers showed up without masks and no booties for their shoes (it was pouring outside) nor any floor covers to protect floors. After my belongings were meticulously counted and loaded, the estimate I was given ended up being TRIPLE the cost of what the initial sales rep quoted!!!!! Too late, your stuff is already on the truck!! I realized that EVERYTHING was wrapped in a huge blanket or put in a box, no matter how small and this increased the cubic feet by three fold. Things like a small table lamp were wrapped and/or put in a box four times it's size ( I had everything bubble wrapped and safe). Upon arrival at my new place, we stood outside while the four movers, also non compliant COVID and no masks, opened up the back of the truck and there was an audible gasp. EVERYTHING was thrown around on the truck like a pile of garbage and the boxes were all crushed!! I hired this company to move a small one bedroom apartment as a piggy back move and was ASSURED by the friendly sales rep, Chris Green, that everything would be counted...which it is on the front end to pad the estimate...and would be color coded to ensure my belongings would be safe and separate from the other belongings on the truck. Here's the sad facts...50% of my belongings were crushed, broken, stained and destroyed by this horrific company and the movers on moving day let me know that they were in a hurry and needed to get my things off the truck ASAP so they could get to their next destination. NOTHING was meticulously counted off the truck, rather it was thrown around in a heap and quickly brought into one room of my home. No time for inspection. AND. you are told that you need to pay the balance IN FULL in CASH BEFORE they will unload your belongings. Again, you are in a position of disadvantage and are forced to comply if you want them to unload the truck. Below are the pics of some of the damage...queen bedframe broken, boxspring crushed, antique bedroom dresser has wood gouged out of it, broken chairs, tables, and the new sofa had a hole ripped in it! Of the remaining 50% of my belongings, 25% were not on the truck...lost they say in the loading/unloading/loading/etc. process that your items go through. What is missing...flat screen smart TV and ALL three large kitchen boxes that had the pots, pans, dishes, etc., and multiple mirrors and paintings. When I called the manager the day of the move, Anthony, he was rude and could care less that I was in the middle of a disastrous move and told me to speak to Erica the next day...she would help me. After speaking with Erica for five minutes, it was very clear she also could care less...spoke over me and just kept reciting her company line..."file a claim and you will hear from the insurance company in three to nine months"!! After I also told her that her movers did not wear masks despite the fact we asked them to several times, she hung up the phone. I have moved 9 times and I have NEVER had such a nightmare experience as I have with Easyway Vanlines. A total scam...like I said, hire at your own risk!!!

Terrible company, do not hire, they are fraudulent and your costs will quadruple by the time you get your stuff. They are rude and lie. They are also not a real company but a broker and you could just rent your own uhaul and make out better. Anthony West is not even the guys real name and the ...Morey are the absolute worst to encounter. Report them as they are fraudulent. They also are not covid compliant and coming from where the disease is raging. I wish I could give them zero stars. They left half my stuff behind, brought trash, and my stuff was held hostage for weeks. Because they are a broker they have 21 days to deliver and they literally did it only days before that time would have expired. Some stuff that did arrive was broken and although the delivery team was AWESOME the pick up team was terrible!!! Stefan (toothless guy) who works there is a thug and totally an extortionist.

I used them to move me from New Jersey to Florida. They talk you into taking more of your stuff. The the bill goes from 3000 to 6000. But that's not the worse. I called them in March to ask them for a copy of my bill to file my income tax and the flat out said no. They said you received one whe ...Moren we brought your furniture you don't get another one. I said can't you just email me a copy. They refused. Costing me money not being able to claim that bill on income tax. and they're extremely rude. I also filed a report on better business bureau and put a nice post on my Facebook for my 700 friends to read.
