Worst company! We received a written quote. Call with a couple questions and confirm the price. Went to book it and was told "I made a mistake" here is the new price. (Double the quote) Dear Nicholas, I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but my computer gave me the wrong prices for those days ...More you want to move. The overnight fee could not be waived due to availability. The Fee is usually $180 per night, but we can do it for $100 for our error. Also, the hourly rate is supposed to be $185, but we can do it for $165 an hour. We work on availability, and the dispatcher had not updated the system for those days, so the software did not update the prices. The credit card was not charged, and we can cancel your move if you like. I want to be the first one to apologize for any inconvenience. I am so sorry for my error. Mike, Thanks for reaching out but quite frankly this raise in price is unacceptable. We passed on numerous moving companies because of the quote you gave us. Due to the fact that we already have an agreement and have moved forward in the process, we expect you to honor the estimate that you and your company provided us. Again, You have a whole month to choose another moving company, I am sure that you can find a better rate. And again, my apology for the error. Mike What way is this to run a company? You gave me a quote in writing. Then play the bait and switch game with us. Mistake on your part- A reputable company would stand behind his quote. I would like to speak with the owner today. Needless to say, we never heard from the owner! What kind of company does business like that? Not one I want to do business with....
