This company is very dishonest. They charge a lot of fees. Also, upon ending my lease I did everything they asked of me in terms of notice, but they still charged me for a whole month instead of pro-rating it like they said they would. They then told they did not have the ability to refund my ...Moremoney which his completely untrue. I have made several attempts to contact the manager, but have never received a response. After noticing all the empty storage lockers, I can only assume many other customers have also been unhappy with their service. Save yourself a lot of time and grief and store your belongings elsewhere.

On my first day using my passcode to enter from the gate around 6:30 am it says invalid code for five times no body there to helped me im always late going to work because of this and on last february 12 when i exit from the gate around 7:30 pm to 8:00 pm i got the same problem i entered my cod ...Moree several times i called the manager and asked him whats going on with my passcode he dont say any word except "WHY" he was rude to me . The next day i called to cancel and asked for refund he said No Refund . He dont know how to handle situations like this . Worse experience ever.

We stored our belongings at AllStore Center Self Storage for more than a year. We paid our dues on time. Before we moved out we called the manager Valerie who checked our record for the due and everything was fine for us to move out. However on the day we had our movers drove there the gate co ...Moreuldn't be open because our access was denied. We had to make an emergency call to Valerie as no one was not at the site. She told us in order to get gate open we have to pay the rent on line because she couldn't get there till at least one hour later. Since we didn't have any other choice, we did. Ironically, the gate still couldn't open. Eventually we had to ask other customers there to help us get in and out that day. The rest is also a nightmare when we tried to get our money back from her. No luck of course. On top of this a lot of our stuff stored near the walls of our storage room were all molded! This is the only time we had to store our belongs in our life and the experience at AllStore Center was HORRIABLE. The staffs at AllStore Center are all rude, dishonest and mean. We have never seen any company doing business like this before! We would mot recommend any of our friends and family members to store anything at AllStore Center and to deal with these dishonest people. We rate AllStore Center F.

I used this storage facility for most of 2012 and had a drive-up unit which I accessed once or twice per month. The staff was always nice and helpful, I had no billing problems, and I never had trouble getting in or out. The only negative I can think of is that the entrance has a steep angle com ...Morepared to the road, which can be a little challenging for moving trucks and low to the ground cars.

Been using AllStore for a few years with 2 units for my business. The office staff and maintenance person are always helpful and friendly. Location is close to downtown San Bruno.
