Would give 0 stars if I could. Atrociously rude staff, made me wait 30 minutes for my car and over-billed me by $50. Would never recommend this place to anyone.

Would also give zero stars if I could. DONT PARK HERE. If you have time to kill here is our story: We waited for 1.5 hours for our car which would have been fine, it was a busy night and only one elevator working to bring cars down, totally understandable and not a big deal. The problem is with ...Morethe staff. Ronnie Perez who was in charge that night was 1. Giving the guys that went to get cars the tickets in the wrong order. So several people were getting mad because customers who paid after them were getting their cars first. This went on the whole time we were waiting so it wasn't just one incident or mistake, this guy was in a bad mood and was literally trying to ruin people's nights. 2. They never gave the guy our ticket to get our car! After every group who came after us got their car we knew something was wrong. 3. There was a woman waiting to retrieve her luggage from her car, she was staying in the hotel next door, and instead of telling her she would have to wait until the line died down they just never got her car or communicated at all with her. Every time we or anyone else would ask Ronnie a question we would get very limited to no answer at all. So by the end of the 1.5 hours we were extremely irate. One woman before us, when there were more people waiting, had threatened to call the police which I initially thought was a bit extreme however I found my self in the same position when everyone, literally everyone, had gotten their car and we were still waiting. I finally attempted to go in the elevator to get our car myself and this finally got some action to happen. One of the guys who relieves the cars said he would call the police when we attempted to go up the elevator they use to park the cars to retrieve it ourselves! We said great because maybe then we would actually get our car and be able to go home. It was after that incident when we finally saw what had really happened. The guy in charge, Ronnie Perez, had never given our ticket to either gentleman who retrieves the cars! We saw Ronnie Perez retrieve our ticket from the office and then he and the gentleman who said he would call the cops on us went up together to get the car. So we finally got our car! The poor woman trying to get her luggage for her and her family was still waiting, I hope she got her situation resolved. When we were leaving she was getting her hotel management involved. This is ludicrous behavior and seemed malicious. My husband uses this garage for work pretty frequently but will not be using them in the future. It was all due to the horrible customer service and bad practices of the staff. If the guy in charge Ronnie Perez would have communicated with customers people would have been upset but at least understood what was going on. He takes no pride in his work exemplified by the way he doled out the car tickets for retrieval. He also refused to give us the managers name, he gave us his name and said that was the managers name (we only found this out by talking to the one descent guy who works there retrieving cars when the other two went to get our car). So all in all and if you are still reading :) don't park your car here. There are plenty of garages in the city so I suggest finding another one and giving your money to them. We will definitely be disputing the charge (which I think we were overcharged on top of everything else that night) and we are also filing a complaint with Zenith Parking and the Better Business Bureau.

Just had the worst parking experience here. A friend parked here. When we went to get the car, there was already a huge and disorganized line. They had only one person "working" and other people just hanging around. It took them more than 30 minutes to get the car. They clearly have no respect f ...Moreor their patrons' time. Never again!

However, as per the standard insurance waiver in any valet parking environment, we cannot accept responsibility for the loss of any articles or personal property left in your vehicle. This policy is posted in every location and enumerated on your parking stub. If you choose to leave any items of value in your vehicle, they must be declared to the garage manager immediately on arrival. Your email has been forwarded to Senior Management, the Auditing Department and the District Supervisor in charge of the location so that they are aware of this report and can conduct a thorough investigation. I should have read the other reviews before going here. Be prepared to wait 30-45 mins before picking up your car. Also I had 2 bottles of colognes in my car only to find that one was stolen when I got home. These guys are f**king thieves. I know the drill... If you bring it up to them, they wil ...Morel Say you are lying and there is no way to prove it. Well, You all messed with the wrong person because I got time. I'm going to purposely put a camera in my car and park there to catch one of you mfs going through my car and stealing my shit. We will see what the authorities think when I show it to them. Do not go to this place. You will regret it. Luckily I didn't tip those Motherf**king thief ass valets. I feel bad for all the ppl that tip them for stealing their shit.

This garage was close to the theatre district and handy for close by parking to a Broadway show. We purchased our reservation in advance through the Icon parking website which permitted us to secure a better price than would be available if driving in. The attendant who parked and retrieved our ...Morecar was quick and professional.
