When we asked about the price for any hour over the 24 hours me and my husband were told to not worry about it and take our time. When we came to pick up our car we ended up having to pay the additional cost. That was unfair to us since had had specifically asked about the price and still ended ...Moreup having to pay after being told we did not, so we were unaware of additional costs. The man working was not accommodating and very rude. It would be a mistake to park here, but if you do, do not trust them.

TOTAL RIP OFF!!!! DO NOT PARK HERE!!!! I FEEL LIKE I WAS ROBBED! SIGN SAYS ALL DAY PARKING IS $23 HALF HR IS $12, but all other prices are in fine print... I do service work in Manhattan and have parked at many Parking garages throughout Manhattan, and this place charges double what everywhere e ...Morelse charges. The going rate in Manhattan for Parking is $20-30/hr, and this place charged me $56 for 1 hr, during the Pandemic at that... Nobody is even coming to the city for tourism right now, and they think they can justify $56/hr for Parking. I came here for a quick half hr service call to make $80-90, but the building held me up getting in, so I was parked for barely over an hr and this place charged me $56, which almost double what the most expensive garage has charged me up until now. Also, the Parking attendant was rude, acting as if he owned the place when I asked to speak to his manager, and he lied to me about the building I was working in giving me a stamp for a discount. If I could give zero or negative stars I would! I would rather take my chances getting a parking ticket!!!!
