Be VERY careful parking here!! They will bang up your car. They will not take responsibility if they do and good luck getting anyone from ICON on the phone. I will be taking legal actions shortly. The Manager Clifton will deny the fact that the damages occur within the garage until he is blue in ...More the face. I wanted to fill out a claim form but he would not even give me one to fill out!!! I have seen them bump cars around in the garage before with my own eyes! *******IN SHORT DO NOT PARK HERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR CAR AND YOUR PROPERTY TO BE DAMAGED!!!************

This was a terrible place to park. I had a parking voucher and they claimed to have accepted it so I decided to park there. At the end of the day, it turns out they never redeemed my voucher and charged me the full price for parking. They are a bunch of liars and I will never park at any Icon ga ...Morerages ever again.

To be clear this review is for the Icon Garage West Plaza Garage llc-26 on 26th street and 2nd avenue, entrance on the north side of the street. DON'T BRING YOUR CAR TO 26TH AND 6TH west plaza garage llc-26 IF YOU VALUE ITS CONDITION OR YOUR SANITY! We came in on a Groupon, and of course the p ...Morerice has been steadily going up every few months since then, but that isn't the issue. These guys have caused over $2500 in damage to our cars, refused to take responsibility, and not paid anything or filed any claims in situations where they admitted fault. I've come to my car with tarps and big plastic garbage bags and other crap on it. I've gotten in my car with an open bottle of rubbing alcohol in the cup holder, WTF?! They cause dents and damage almost all of the time, and after a talk with the Carlos - the manager , they agreed to put the car in a safe place which they failed to do. They are rude and careless. Carlos the manager truly doesn't give a rat's ass about your car getting damaged, in fact the customers who care about dings and scratches to their cars are bad customers in their mind. If I get a door ding,mirror scraped, bumpers completley destroed, and quarter panels side swiped, then who cares its too small for them to care about, they can't be bothered. And forget about trying to get your car without calling more than an hour ahead, they will scream at you. AND YES WE TIPPED EACH AND EVERY ONE OF THEM AT CHRISTMAS. And the saga continues....This garage raised my monthly rent twice within one year without raising the posted rate twice by 30% in total which according to NYC law is ILLEGAL. In effect, my MONTHLY rent will go by ~30% in less than 12 months. Does this stand the reasonable person test? Last t ...Moreime I checked, the US doesn't have an inflation problem. Given the lack of any service improvement, there is zero justification. Buyer Beware.

This is the worst garage. I finally cancelled my monthly rent here because they raise rent by $25 at their whim for zero change in quality of service. The management must change at this location to regain credibility.

Now just to be fair, I wrote a bad review on the Icon Parking on 27th Street, that's because they are really suck ass!! But not all Icon Parking are like that, since I stop parking at the one on 27th Street, I now parked here on 29th Street. The parking attendants here are so professional, supe ...Morer nice and friendly, and very careful with my car I parked here monthly, and every morning, this place is always packed, cars lining up one by one, but the attendants always very nice, telling us to park behind one to another, and they will take care of it. I sometimes told them I will pick up my car around 6pm, but things always came up, and I need my car around 3pm, they never give me hard time and always deliver my car to me, I never see them speed Most importantly, they greet you when you walk in, I know it might not mean much to some of you, but sometimes is nice to hear someone say "Hello" to you when you walk in, they notice you. I love parking here, and I wish more parking attendant are more like the people here, 5* for sure! I recommend everyone park here, but just make sure you save me 1 parking spot. lol
