I'm new to this renting Storage unit thing so I have like all the questions in the world. After searching around I ended up at West Coast Self Storage. And there was provided with amazing customer service from manager Jazmine. She's very helpful from answering my concerns along with helping ...Moreand showing me all the nice open units. I went and rented the unit the same day. She's one the most customer friendly managers that I have meet in a long time. Also this facility is very clean and have all the amenities from dolly's ,elevators, wide and bright hallways, to differently codes and security cameras. and all units are climate-controlled too. highly recommended

Absolutely recommend! Jazmine at the desk was super helpful from the beginning. I've rented out my unit for almost a year now and no complaints. Awesome service and super clean facility.

I am ONLY giving 5-stars because Jazmine did an amazing job at accommodating my reservation during Uhauls system issue. My reservation was delayed due to that and was pushing my moving time back, which I am sure Uhaul would not have cared if I got back later than my return time and would have ch ...Morearged me extra, causing me additional fee for movers. I appreciate your patience and understanding of our time Jazmine and I will recommend going to your location for future moves by friends or family.

I've been using West Coast Storage for the past few months, and I have nothing but positive things to say! The units are new, clean, and spacious, and the facilities are really secure. To top it off, Jazmine is always super helpful and friendly! :) Thank you for everything!

Highly recommend Jazmine she is excellent incredibly helpful and makes the process very easy!
