West Coast Moving Systems were great to work with -- they are great communicators from start to finish. My moving crew of Christian, Jose, Emilio, and Christian were great. They took care of my heavy pieces like it was nothing, took great care not to scratch or ding anything including my walls ...More, and were very friendly/polite as well. I highly recommend these guys, and will use them again in the future!! :)

Had a great experience with WCMS. They were easy to book and coordinate with, did the job fast, didn't hurt any of my stuff, and were nice guys all around. Price was reasonable. I'd use them again.

Top notch. Very hard working guys, on time, efficient, and courteous. The whole experience from start to finish was (well, almost!) a pleasure. I had heard horror stories with movers- not my experience with West Coast. They had a lot of stuff to pack, some very fragile, and some very very heavy ...More and bulky: they fulfilled the contract beyond my hopes. I recommend them heartily.

I found these folks to be very unprofessional. After completing an extensive survey of my needs, the office person when on to ask me all of the same information wasting my time. While I was on the phone with this person, Eric (the owner?) was on the other line, yelling at what seemed like anot ...Moreher customer. It was very distracting. I asked the office person to ask Eric to speak more softly. The next day, when Eric called me up, he said that they need to do a survey to determine if more than four people would be necessary. Eric refused to listen when I tried (he never let me get in a word) to tell him that I had moved into this place less than two years ago and it took only 2 people three hours to pack me up. Then he went on to say that they couldn't do business with me. Well, good riddance to them. They never handled anything with any sort of customer care. I wouldn't trust them to move my personal goods.

TJ was the BEST! This was my first time using professional movers and it was easily some of the best money ever spent. The process of booking was clear and there was excellent follow-through leading up to moving day. TJ and Armando arrived a early and were done moving our entire place in about 3 ...More hours. It was well worth the 4-hour minimum though because they were careful, fast, and friendly. Moving can be a very stressful time and it was so great to have confidence with the folks helping us out. Would definitely recommend and use again.
