I just had very bad experience with moving company. They didn't come on time eventhough i spoke with them clearly. They tried to charge a lot than other company. So if you want to deal with this company , please make sure be careful and ask other company too. They don't respect the costumer . E ...Morespecially the boss, very mean and rude. I just want to recommend not to use this company for moving. There are a lot of good companies. I felt bad because i didn't ask other company and just ask one or two and gave deposite to them. For overall star, 0 is for them but i can't leave blank for star. Although delivery guys are good, office management is so terrible. Please remember that name and not to use for any reason.

I usually don't post reviews but I feel so strongly about sharing my HORRIBLE experience with this moving company and hope to save others from unnecessary additional stress. LEARN FROM MY MISTAKES and choose a different moving company. WHY to STAY AWAY: 1. Frank, the sales guy, is really goo ...Mored SALESMAN (I totally got suckered) but is not truthful. His own company "movers" complained about him and told me that they constantly butt heads with him because his dishonesty gets unveiled on moving day - LIKE WHAT HAPPENED TO ME. The movers accidentally left someone else's invoice in my old apt charging the person $85 an hour when they were charging me $99 hour). That was disappointing to see when Frank told me he was giving me a discount and was charging me the lowest rate they had. Frank will say anything for a sale so beware. 2. They overcharge I ended up paying more (compared to other companies) because I believed that they would provide the best service and take care of my stuff like it was theirs - I was willing to dish out more money for a great job. But they treated me and my stuff very poorly and was extremely careless. One of the movers broke all the drawers to my desk (now i have to get a new one) and my friend saw him carelessly drop the drawer from the truck onto the floor!! 3. The workers are lazy I live on the 2nd floor and when the elevator stalled, they just waited at the truck and took nothing up. My friend took charge and started moving stuff. They actually waited till the elevator was working (there was 3 guys and not one person was being helpful). When it came time to put my desk back together, they said they went overtime (AND THEY STILL HAD HALF N HOUR!!!!) he said he couldn't it and I did it instead right in front of him so he can finish the desk. THEY NEVER FINISHED IT and Sadik (the head mover) said to his worker that I will finish it later. 4. No honesty from the workers or the company When my friend texted me to tell me about the desk drawer, I asked Sadik and he said everything was fine. When they tried to put my desk back together, he said I would have to just leave it broken. I paid a few hundred for that desk and it was perfectly fine before the move (like other unfortunate items I have) 5. With this moving company, be prepared to move your own things I thought I would be able to sit back and just let them do all the work. No, I was carrying furniture and boxes and bags. AND they totally left the truck unsupervised many times!!! WITH ALL MY STUFF IN IT! 6. I bought a $20 mattress cover for bedbug protection and they didnt give me the bag I paid for 7. Furniture was dirty with black stuff Ummmm, it was clean before they wrapped it in their nasty used dirty and grimy blanket for my desk. TIPS FOR A GOOD MOVE: 1. Make sure there are no additional charges for boxes, bags etc (this company was trying to charge me extra when I was told that all the packaging was included). Get a box for your flat screen and box it yourself. Have extra packaging material, just in case. 2. Make sure they have insurance This means if they break your stuff, they pay for it with the insurance. It's worth it. 3. Ask about ANY additional costs Like travel time or distance (this company was charging me for their ride from Brooklyn to me in the Bronx!! Really!! I would of called someone in the Bronx. 4. Ask them for an itinerary of all the items you agreed to move 5. Review: hourly rate you are being charged and ask if they will charge you a whole hour if they are done in 15 mins or 30 etc. 6. Read reviews on the moving company 7. Make sure you know how many guys are working to move you (you don't one guy watching the car and only one moving things)

Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere. This one star review is based solely on the PRE-move experience. It was bad enough to encourage me to write this review. As the other reviewer mentioned, Frank the salesguy is quite the salesman. He's pushy and dishonest. There's a "special discount ...Morerate" but its only available if you sign up right away. He'll threaten to raise the hourly rate by 20% if you can't commit in the very near future. Also, be prepared for a low-ball estimate. Lastly, if you actually go ahead and ask for a quote, Frank will harass you every single day for weeks via phone and email to "follow-up". When asked not to call you back - he calls you back!

WORST MOVERS EVER! Deserve zero or negative stars. I am sure ANY other movers would be better than these ones. Eli the owner has no courtesy to talk to women. Was extremely rude to my wife. After finalizing and signing the quote, they revised it twice and added some taxes. They did not have an e ...Morexplanation for one of the taxes they added and it took them more than a week to figure out what that was. Furniture also got damaged. They wanted 'all' the money before they move the furniture to new place. They don't tell this policy to everyone. There was a lack of communication at all stages. The guys who moved the stuff gave us a torn invoice with everything on it in extremely shabby handwriting. My employer was reimbursing me for the move and wanted a clear invoice so they could pay me for the damages. I followed up with Angi and Eli for close to 2 months and they did not send me an invoice. Eli being the owner didn't take any responsibility and didn't even respond to any calls/emails. After a lot of mental torture, I finally gave up on them and instead utilized all that energy to convince my employer to reimburse my expenses based on that torn useless invoice. Now that I finally have the money with me, I wanted to make sure I tell everyone that DO NOT CHOOSE THESE MOVERS for you move.
