I wish I could upload a photo of my bumper! They destroyed my front left corner - wheel well and all. I didn't notice it until I got home because the super nice gentleman who retrieved my vehicle stood in front of it and smiled so big as he handed me my keys. I thought what a nice guy and what ...More a nice smile....he thought...'SUCKA'. Yep, you guessed it, once you leave they are not liable...Filing police report now. I wish I had looked at these reviews before parking there. Yes, my fault for not walking around car to inspect, but I guess I expect too much from human beings - like personal responsibility? Yikes, what a concept!

They destroyed my bumper on my work vehicle and I'm in the process of trying to get them to pay for the damage. It's very frustrating. Avoid this place.

Horrible service. It is overpriced ($51 a day), and incredibly slow. It took them 20 minutes to retrieve my car. My car was extremely dirty when I received it, with bird crap - odd considering it was parked indoors as far as I know. Do Not Use This Place.

Paid $64 for two hours parking and on top of it they stole my brand new Ferragamo sunglasses that I paid $400 for. Be aware guys, there is many other parking lots around. Don't ever go there!!

Be very careful with this place. The first 1/2 rate is a trick!!! If you need more than 30 minutes go to another place or this one will cost you north of $50. Bad service, bad attitude, long waits. Typical NY.
