As far as I can tell I will probably never see my household goods. In September they picked up the entire contents of my apartment and we had an agreed upon delivery date of 10/28. Late that afternoon, after many phone calls I was told that the driver simply decided not to deliver and I would ...Morenot return with my property. After extensive threats, I talked to a person claiming to be an owner who promised the property would be drive out in a few weeks. I was promised deliver between 11/16-18/2018. They never showed but promised me delivery 11/19-20/2018. They never showed. I tried to speak to the Owner but was told he is out of state, I asked if his cell phone did not work when he crossed the state line. The "customer service" person screamed at me and hung up. I repeatedly as to speak to the Dispatcher or Driver. The Dispatcher will not return my calls. I did get the driver's number who said he was 6 hours away in Sacramento, but was never told to deliver. He promised to deliver on Thanksgiving. I received a call the following day from the "customer service person who said they fired that driver another one was getting the load and I would get my household goods in 1-2 days or the weekend. Before that could happen she informed me that would not happen and I would be told the following week about the delivery. Every date give since 10/28 has not happened. They refuse to let me speak to the owner or dispatcher. They refuse to give me a date certain when my property can be delivered even though I am told it is 6 hours away. If you check the DOT records for the DOT number the promote on their website, they have a horrific record in 2017 and 2018. I am taking to social media simply because they refuse to help
WORST MOVING COMPANY EVER! After waiting a month after the promised delivery and 7 different failed deliveries, the truckload of our property finally arrived. The joy was short lived as about 30 boxes and about 50% of our furniture was missing. Of the pieces that did arrive, about 25% were mi ...Moressing a critical component. An expensive Italian Stone table was missing the base, the Bernhart Dining Room Set was missing one of the matching chairs. All of our Lennox China was missing as well as most of our expensive display items. The owner, dispatcher, and customer service simply has ignored our request for a phone call. How bad do you have to be to lose an entire office set with 3 bookcases, 2 cabinets and a six-foot cherry wood desk that probably weighs 400 - 500 pounds. There are a lot more missing or broken items! Our entire kitchen failed to make the journey! All of the items were noted on the manifest as being picked up and shown missing on delivery. This company has a long track record on DOT's site of failing to meet customer expectations. Save yourself grief read the reviews, look at DOT complaints.
I do not know where to start. I picked the company thinking it is a local company same city I moved from Union City NJ thinking support local business. Big mistake. The sale person sold the moving saying we have lots of activity so your stuff should arrive from NJ to FL 3 to 10 days. They picked ...More up my stuff June 30th and here we are August 1st still waiting in an empty house with my 4 year old and wife no furniture, no appliances, no extra clothing no what so ever. The worse part is we do not know if it will really arrive or not. They do not pick up the phones 99% of the time I was lucky once a week they picked up the phone and they always tell the same: it is loading, we asked the dispatcher, we will let you know, we will get back to you, your staff loaded, your staff will be loaded tomorrow, your stuff was loaded last week etc. all lies. I keep asking mangers/owners of course they do not come to the phone. I am not sure what else I can do. Should I go to the police, file a complain to DOT? big mistake picking up this company. Please stay away from this company. I saw only one star reviews on Yelp those are the only true reviews seems like they went through the same what I am experiencing currently. I have multiple e-mails asking the status no response. I was able to get one email after insisting they said in the email your staff will be loaded on 07.29.22 and I will be informed right away. Of course no one called me back. Today after 10 times trying sales person picked up the phone telling it will be loaded tomorrow (same story over an over).
