The customer service at U-Haul on Bryant St. is extremely poor. I came in to pick up a cargo van and they wanted to overcharge me my quoted price that I signed up for online. The special deal was 99.00 plus tax and minor charges. When I came into the store they claimed it would cost 148.00 plus ...Morethe other charges. I had to leave the store and not purchase the rental. I found the identical rental through Enterprise rental car for half the cost including unlimited mileage. The people working there are trying their best, but they don't care what occurred when you booked online, they have one price and they don't go by the online price. I recommend taking screenshots of all your online quotes and agreements. Corporate America wants to hook you in on "a deal" and then supersize you once your in the store. U-Haul is the same.

Cindy the manager and the other manager working were extremely rude, refused to help me. I'm going back to the store on Valencia where they treat people with respect.

This place sucks. Lazy and rude employees. Make me take a picture of my cleaned out unit lol tf out of here that's your job . Overpriced go somewhere else

Not sure why this place has so many bad reviews. I've stored here, rented a van and even purchased moving supplies. I've always had a great experience. Yes, the location isn't in the best part of the city with homeless encampment's everywhere, but how is that their fault? It's not. The custome ...Morer service associates weren't rude at all, they were super helpful and greeted me upon entry and exit. The associate that rung me up double checked to make sure I grabbed everything I needed and even gave me a recommendation for movers. The boxes didn't have a chemical smell. The associates weren't rude, they were quite opposite. The associates weren't lazy, they were helpful and informative. Anyhow, Just me putting in my two cents.

I have used their storage facilities for years. THEY REMOVED ALL OF THE FLAT AND MATTRESS DOLLIES from use. This is horrible if you want to move anything to and from your storage unit. "We have new ones on the way." And so why did you remove the old ones in the meantime? Lame.
