Staff is horrible no help whatsoever. Placed an order in store and never received anything. Went in to ask about my item and it hadn't even started tracking. Three weeks had already passed by when I went in. Wendy morales Ramos was the attendant and had no desire to help and was extremely rude! ...More Will never go back there. Oreily has what I needed will recomendable people go there instead of uhaul. O stars

Whatever you do, go somewhere else for your propane refills. You'll spend an hour waiting in line to pay behind everyone renting equipment for what could otherwise be a 5 minute fill. Terrible service!

This place is beyond awful. Cancelling appts with very little notice. There's no way to get to someone on the phone at the office so you just have to drive there to talk to someone. The hitch I needed not in stock despite them telling me it was in stock. Finally after 2 months of waiting just ...More going to get a refund. Found another place that can do it tomorrow. I can't believe they exist as a business. Hardly ever have I had a worse experience with a business. STEER CLEAR!!!

Really shocked at incompetence of the clerks. We've been there in 3 successive days (mid afternoon, morning, and afternoon again) and the manager was never there. The second day, no one could find our account using either my contract number (clerk read it off my UHaul printed contract, never f ...Moreound us) or my cell phone number, which always works with the operators at the main uHaul number. No other customers were accessing UBoxes and yet the forklift driver took as long as one hour to get our box which was (as told to us by first visit clerk) very accessible, near the front. Unfriendly clerks, to boot. Just do not care at all. Retraining a must.
