We recently did a move from Queens to Westchester, a two bedroom apartment to a single family house. Our movers Welton and Rashon did a fabulous job. It was a long day and they worked nonstop. They were efficient and the nicest guys. The office was really responsive and helped coordinate e ...Moreverything for our move without a problem. The only thing stopping this experience from being five-stars was that we could have used a little more guidance from the office on wrapping our furniture in advance, some things were slightly damaged probably because I misunderstood what was our responsibility and what was the movers in terms of the furniture.

I was in need of movers on short notice (less than 6 days) to move furniture for my mother. Communication from start to finish was excellent. The two movers were excellent as well. Very courteous,?explained the process in detail, and did a careful job moving my mother's belongings.
NEVER EVER use this company for packing your stuff. They promised me 4 men and a truck. Was 4hrs late and charged me for 4 men and 4hrs!! Needless to say the 2 men that they sent were 2 skinny kids looking for summer work. NEVER AGAIN will I use this company nor recommend them.
