At first when the guys first arrived and started moving the stuff into the truck they were efficient. Once they got to where the final destination, and I had to pay, once they received the funds the unpacking was horrible, they ignored the writing and instructions on the boxes and started throw ...Moreing stuff anywhere they felt like. I asked to put the bedroom boxes in the bedroom they refused and told me it's easier for me to move it to Once they are gone.
When it was time for me to unpack, a few pcs of my dinner ware and wine glass were broken. I overpaid $100,because the guy in charge told how much is was and I gave him the money in cash, he just gave me the part on the screen to sign without seeing the receipt, maybe then I would have seen the correct amount that is due. I am missing my two TV power cord, the supervisor in the office is very certain I have them in my house in a box after calling multiple times in telling him I already unpacked the boxes and no power cords found, the price they give you is very impressive at first and they know very well its not going to be 3.5 hrs to complete the move, but they can check the time how long it would take to unpack bacause you have to pay before they start to unpack the truck at your final destination. They are very professional to deal with, once the move is complete and something comes up they don't want to deal with you, return your calls or even answer when put on hold.
