I wished somebody have posted the review to warn me before I selected this company and eventually turned tons of my valuables into trash. This company forced me to buy an insurance (StorSafe Protection plan) when I signed the rent contract, and eventually TRIED EVERY WAY to pretend the insurance ...More doesn't exist and they NEVER ASSUMED RESPONSIBILITY of my loss. Things do happen so I don't blame them for failing during Ida, but I do condemn a company that tried all sorts of nasty ways to avoid their liability (e.g., never read my email until I called to confirm, never submitted my claims despite I sent several emails and made several phone calls, claimed I don't have insurance coverage and will investigate my plan and never got back to me) and sold fake insurance. No, I lost a bunch of valuable mattresses, bed frame, work table and electric devices and I had NEVER received any compensation that was promised by their insurance plan. It's a warning and an honest review (together with some of the photos of my items trashed, taken on the spot of the storage unit). I hope whoever reads the review think twice. If you are storing items for cheap, are you totally ready to lose them? Why would you spend money to store them if they turn into trash?

Not 24 hours, but clean facility good lighting. Should never write a review that has a minimum number of words.
