I've been using Treasure Island Storage in Old Bridge, since April of 2012, and am very happy with the service and facility. I chose them when I moved to Aberdeen because their rates were far better than their immediate competitors, who are a national chain. I felt that the offers of their com ...Morepetitors amounted to nothing more than a "bait and switch", which advertise a great price upon moving your gear into a unit, but 3 months down the road the price rockets up and they count on the hassle of moving out to keep you there. Not so w/Treasure Island. The management is friendly and flexible, and you pay for just what you need. The only reason I didn't give the facility a 5th star was that the elevator for the building, is only for "stuff", not people. Overall, a thumbs up.

The office manager is more than helpful, going out of her way with service, even at the end of the day when it would be time to close up and go home.

I was very happy with my stay at the facility. The manager was very strict about policy, but I felt my items were safe under his supervision. The hours of access were great, and I was able to move in for less than $30 dollars with the first month free promo. Will definitely recommend to others ...More!

After contacting a handful of different storage places I decided to go to this treasure island woodbridge location right above a shoprite. They were very persistent in calling me on a Day to day basis to get me to rent their storage unit. Low and Behold I decided to go with them and drove 70 mil ...Morees to get to them just to be greeted by the Manager BILL BROWN who immediately within the first 15 seconds of entering the office asked my wife and I to " get out of the office and wait outside until he got back from helping another customer " ( while it was 10 degrees out ). I don't quite understand how such an arrogant douchebag of an individual with absolutely NO customer skills is a manager. Needless to say my wife and I did get out and back into our vehicles and drove 5 minutes south to " Extra Space Storage " where we got a much better deal and the best customer service.. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND AVOID THIS SHIT HOLE AT ALL COSTS, even 1 star isn't a low enough rating for this place, thanks to Bill Brown the MANAGER !

The manager of the facility needs to go back to school about customer service. Yes strictness to policy is good but the hell very dry personality and i won't recommend this storage to anyone. His assistant is the mini me of him. No personality and mean people. Both needs to be terminated. This f ...Moreacility is not friendly and both think that they are above you. Remember that we as a consumer is the one paying for their salary. I don't need their sickening attitude as it reflects the whole company.
