I have been a customer for TI Storage Clinton Hill location for 4years and have had a great experience until today. The new manager Claudia unprofessional conduct was so bad I had to write this warning to the public! Do not spend your money here because she has no respect for customers. She ye ...Morelled at me not even letting me get a word in until she's red in the face. She evicted me for nothing no warning no compromise for containers that used to have chemicals. I was showing her that they are empty I only store them until I can get the containers picked up. She was so emotional with anger she missed the fact that they have nothing in them! Even if I was doing something wrong there is no need to yell at a customer! I wasn't even angry I would have corrected any problem but I won't tolerate being yelled at especially in front of other customers. The video I will post to my Instagram and Facebook to show you how bad her behavior was. I'm totally disgusted and will leave happily so I don't have to experience her again.
