Met Santos the manager at Treasure Island drive up storage yesterday and ended up renting two units from him. The facility is well kept, very secure and Santos was wonderful, very professional and such a nice person. He should me units in both of their facilities on Treasure Island. Moved up to San Francisco from SoCal and had initially reserved a unit at another storage place, which was way too small and had to use carts. Not happy with the prospect of moving an entire apartment on a 4x3' cart. I looked for places the same day last minute and found this company right befor ...Moree they closed, the owner kindly stayed later then office hours to make sure we were situated and happy. Not only can you drive right up to the units (even in an 18ft moving van) but they are brand new, very clean, water tight, and very easy to access. Great services, great storage.

I have used a few storage facilities over time, and was most pleased by Treasure Island Storage. One might notice I rarely write review's and they are typically of those that I find to be outstanding at providing their service. Fred, a gentleman if there is one, was always responsive and friendl ...Morey. The storage containers are shipping containers which are solid and secure. Having the ability to drive right up to the container versus large buildings with elevators and the need to move items using hand trucks to both move in - and out with your belongings - a tiresome chore on top of an already tiresome chore of putting things in storage. I had two different containers over the course of a few years. Something worth noting - that to me would seem impossible, is that they had to move their facilities to a different part of Treasure Island which required each individual container. I don't know how they did it, because I stacks of boxes that could easily have toppled over, as well as other items that were loose within the container. Kudos for performing quite a miracle in my eyes. The hours of approximately 6 am until 9 pm 7 days a week are far, beyond anything within the city, or most storage facilities I've come across within the region. They run a great business and I highly recommend Treasure Island Storage.

My first experience with a self storage company went perfectly. Fred was incredibly attentive and responsive to the large number of questions I sent him over email. Everything was done over email including signing the contract and setting up payment. He met at the gate wearing a mask, showed ...Morea clean, dry, freshly painted storage unit and that was it. The lot is clean, fenced off and the container almost new as far as I can tell. Would definitely use again. Thanks Fred!
