Worse moving company in the world can't describe this so called business. They reel you in with sweet personable talk, act very helpful and eager to help. Once they get your deposit, no one answers the phone when you call to ask a question, and if they do answer they tell you they're gonna call ...Moreyou back and never do. We were told that they would come between 12 and 2, no one answered the phone for 2 hours and at 3:30 we get a phone call saying they won't be here for another 2 hours. Wow! I'm not even letting these thieves take our things, I will be moving them myself. So if you use this "company" beware and good luck

Worst company ever. From the lying sales rep in the beginning under estimating by about $2k to the unresponsive dispatcher and the office that doesn't even exist, this is by far the worst experience I have ever had with any company ever. Unprofessional, liars, crooks, they should be shut down!

Organised looting. Never hire if you have other options.Not at all trustworthy. I have hired them to deliver my stuffs from Hartford to Atlanta. Tom from the Tippy Toes Moving And Storage called me up and we went through the detailed inventory. Since I have moved several times in the past acros ...Mores the county, I made sure to provide all the details. They estimated a certain space and provided a quote. They have informed me that they got several trucks and they are flexible on pickup time and they will deliver soon. And they boasted a lot about their rating. What they told their key differentiating factor is they estimate well and never over charge. Also they got several trucks. Finally we agreed upon an amount. They came for pick up at the promised time and quickly loaded all the stuffs to a rented Budget van and told they will be loading to the main truck only at NJ. After loading everything they told they had some issue with estimating my stuffs and its taking close to 3 times they initially estimated. I tried to call the person who estimated and he never picked up the phone. I had to leave the place in few hours and I have two babies home. I was not in a position to fight with them or get another mover at the last minute. Since they know my situation, they made use of that and demanded a lot of money and finally I ended up paying them. One of the loading guys was very friendly and he was talking to me as if I made a big mistake by hiring this company. He felt sorry for me after seeing me with two kids and he sounded like this is how they do business. But he couldn't do anyting. Initially they told they will accept card. But the loading guys told they won't accept credit or debit card and they need cash or money order. I was in real trouble. Luckily I had money in my account and they agreed to take a personal check and I paid 70% of the money. After reaching the things at the destination, they asked me to give the money in full before unloading. After unloading I paid $50 as tip for the guy who helped and they demanded $200 for tip only telling that their company is not paying them. Since I didn't have anything left in my wallet they finally agreed with $50. Initially they offered one month storage for free. Later before delivery, I asked them if they can hold for a day, they demanded another $1000 for holding for a day as storage fee. I tried to contact Tom several times via email and phone and left more than 10 voice messages. He didn't even bothered to respond to my emails or phone calls. Please avoid hiring this scam company and if you ever have to hire them, make sure you document everything and do not pay anything extra.

I have never written a review in my life, but I feel obligated to do my part in saving people from using this company. This company STOLE my deposit and never delivered my things! They are dishonest, and not to be trusted! Do not use! They are immoral, they will lie to you and steal your money ...More. Like you, I got lured in by their low quote, and the sales rep Donovan seemed nice enough. Moving is expensive, and I wanted to save some cash. I reasoned that I just needed my things delivered from point A to point B, whats the worst that could happen? But as soon as they had my money, they were impossible to reach. After dozens of attempts, I managed to contact them to notify them of a slight change in my moving plans (because moving is complicated), and they said they weren't contractually obligated to move my things, and they would not return my deposit. Please read this as a warning from an educated person who had never been scammed in his life until using this company... DO NOT USE THEM. DONT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY. DONT SIGN A CONTRACT. THEY ARE THIEVES WHO SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO RUN A BUSINESS. I hope they're not in business much longer, because what they are doing to people is morally wrong.
