Originally, my office assistant did some research and settled on this company , Time Moving and Storage to do a shredding job at my home in Rockland County, NY in November, 2012. She made the initial appointment with no problem. Our appointment was for 11am. The company never showed up on the ...Moreday of the job after we waited for hours. We called constantly and finally someone called back, apologized and said that they would come out between 6pm and 8pm! We told them that we had waited long enough so we rescheduled. They cancelled that appointment as well. After that they rescheduled and did not show or cancelled a total of FIVE TIMES before we said "no thanks". Everyone we spoke to trying to resolve the situation was unprofessional, clueless and made promises that they could not keep. We called another shredding company who came the very next day and took care of the job.
