These guys are fast, friendly and efficient! I needed a package to go by messenger from East Williamsburg to Park Slope. Called them at 10:30, they were here by 11, and my package was on the way.

I was in a pinch and needed something couriered from Williamsburg to Manhattan in 1-2 hours and found this place on Yelp. I called the guy who was ridiculously nice and he came over to my place crazy fast. He delivered this special package to someone in manhattan so quickly that I couldn't bel ...Moreieve it. Not only did he deliver it, but he called to let me know it had arrived at the location. I will definitely be using this company from now on!!

Where do I begin. After trying a million other courier service companies and receiving mediocre service I finally decided one day to search for a courier service on yelp. I just went with this one thinking that it will be the usual. In actuality I called them at appx 1pm needing a small box to ...More be delivered within 2 hours and indeed that is exactly what they did. By 2:30 my package had arrived. The are extremely helpful and efficient!! will be using these guys again!!!!!!

Called at 11:20am to get a packaged picked up, a few blocks from their station. They said they would dispatch it. Received a call at 11:40am saying that he was on his way to my place to pick up the package, and it would take 40 minutes. Okay, great, sure, making it around 12:20pm for his arriva ...Morel. He was polite. It's currently 1:04pm and the package still have not picked up. When I called the driver, he said he was sent to a different location, and that they dispatched someone else instead. When I called Super Pak, they said it would be another 20 minutes. Still waiting. On a deadline. They could have called and said they dispatched someone else instead and it would take longer. Driver finally arrived. In a beat up van, confused on whether or not I need a receipt, or if he's going straight to the drop off location, or if he's going somewhere else first. I finally called the dispatcher and told them to cancel, because it's just getting ridiculous. The dispatcher claims I didn't asked for it to be "rushed' even though I specifically asked how long it would take, and they claimed pick up within the hour. He then accused of making his driver drive all the way to my place and not having my story straight.
