Ordered the unit online, on a SATURDAY. Received a call on Sunday, set up the new rental and had a lock on the unit by 4PM. Great service. Great facility.

Quick and easy. Very accommodating and straight forward with their units, pricing and logistics on the property. Prices were fair considering the surrounding area.

Nancy in the office is so sweet & knowledgeable. She took the time to answer all questions when I came in to see the facility. When I called to ask about StorQuest being climate controlled... The girl who answered had no idea what that meant! Her reply was "We have heat." Then I asked do you ha ...Moreve air conditioning in the summer? Her reply "I don't know". How could she not know if she knows they have heat! As per Nancy, they do NOT have air-conditioning. So if you have high value paintings or mattresses because of humidity I would not recommend storing here in the summer. Otherwise... This is definitely the place!

Very nice staff, straightforward registration process, good location and pricing, clean units and building in general, it's also awesome that they offer long-term parking
