very clean facility, brand new. but the storage units are much smaller than advertised. 5x5 is really 3x3.

Great place, unbeatable prices, and amazing staff! They are very knowledgeable about everything. All my questions were answered. Place is very clean and very well maintained! Can't wait to move in.

Is there a negative star option????? Truly the worst experience of my life. I arrived at 2pm on a Monday to move a small UHaul or furniture into a storage facility and there was essentially a sign on the door saying "be back soon" with a number to call. I call the number and customer service cou ...Moreld not care less that there is no one at the facility. I call again and finally someone agrees to contact the manager - Alex. It's been at least 30 minutes at the point when I am told that he is "running errands" and will "be back soon". I wait 20 more minutes and call back... they end up giving me Alex's number and I call him. Similar to the attitude of customer service, he could care less about the incredible inconvenience. I ask where he is because it's now almost 3pm and he says, "I don't think that's relevant" ...more to the conversation but overall might be the rudest person I have ever interacted with in my life. Fast forward 30 more minutes (almost 3:30) and Alex finally arrives. He is even more rude than he was on the phone and completely brushes off the fact that I have been waiting, doesn't apologize, and continues to have a nasty attitude. I ask again why the office was randomly closed for 90+ minutes in the middle of a Monday when their website clearly states that they are open 9-6, and he once again won't provide any explanation. It takes 20 more minutes to set up my account and then I finally move in. I have never interacted with a manager that had a more blatant disregard for basic customer service and more generally just a ruder person than Alex. I call customer service again once I've left because by now I've had to pay to extend my UHaul reservation and pay a change fee for an Amtrak ticket that I had later that night!!!!! I'm told that I should call Rhonda - the district manager - because I may be able to get a discount on 1 month of storage for the inconvenience. I have now called Rhonda multiple times with 0 reply and when I call customer service back to complain there's "nothing they can do". I eventually was so angry that I MOVED OUT and changed storage facilities without a refund which I have tried to get multiple times to no avail. I cannot stress enough that if you would like to be treated with basic respect for your time to NEVER give this disgusting company your business. Everyone I interacted with was generally disinterested in my extremely negative experience, but I am truly most appalled by manager Alex's actions. It's just baffling how such a nasty human has been able to enter the field of management and customer service. I wish I could give negative stars, but if I even deter 1 person from using this terrible service I will be slightly happier!!!!

Jersey City needs more of these facilities...on the other side of route 1&9 :) ! The hours are great. They are open from 6am- 9pm daily. The staff is friendly and helpful and he prices are great! No gimmicks! No price hikes and lies and cons! When you're headed to the Pulaski skyway and pass the ...More last No-Name gas station stay in your car right lane and there's a side street to you turn off before driving under the highway sides. It's not that difficult to locate.
