I don't usually write reviews, although I should given how much I rely on the reviews of others, but this one is MORE than deserved. Karen was an angel. From the time I booked my storage unit, Karen was extremely friendly and patient with me. It was my first time using a storage unit and I had a ...More lot of questions and uncertainty about how much space I would need. Karen was so incredibly helpful and so easy to get in contact with- I was so appreciative. As my luck would have it, the moving company I had booked (not affiliated with StorageBlue) arrived to my apartment 3 hours late on the day I had to be moved out of my apartment, which is also the day that I would need to move into my unit. Because they arrived so late to start the moving process, it turned out that they would not be able to arrive at StorageBlue to unload my belongings in my Storage unit until AFTER their 6pm close. Karen waited 2.5 EXTRA HOURS, POST-CLOSE waiting for my moving company to arrive, and was in constant contact with me. Of course, she would've much preferred to drive back home and be with her family, but she wanted to make sure I was taken care of. I couldn't express my gratitude enough. Turns out the movers didn't end up getting there until the following morning because they chose not to deliver my things due to the 'extra traffic' that caused them to be so delayed... A completely infuriating and upsetting situation all around. The only light in the entire situation was Karen and the StorageBlue facility. She was the only person that I trusted during the entire nightmare of a process. Karen oversaw the movers once they FINALLY arrived, called me when they arrived, and texted me a photo of my belongings in the storage unit once they were delivered. I am truly forever grateful. Go with StorageBlue Garfield!! You will not be disappointed.

I highly recommend StorageBlue it's very clean and they have great rates. I received excellent customer service from the manager Karen she is very knowledgeable, courteous, and incredibly helpful.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Trying to figure out what their plan is for those who lost everything in their units due to the flood? The other night I had to throw away 30 years of memories from my late father, from a child, and my husband had to do the same. We had to throw away every mem ...Moreory from every trip we've ever taken and our wedding day... videos we planned on sharing with our children that we can never get back. We've basically been told so far "there's nothing we can do". This is so far from the right thing to do. Not that any amount of money can replace those things, but I even had to take off of work yesterday due to the mental trauma sustained from this. My collection of Nicholas Sparks books that were signed, just gone. I've worked the majority of my life to get those. Thousands upon thousands of dollars in material things along with irreplaceable memories. Something needs to be done. I've tried calling, emailing, and contacting them on their facebook messenger, my messages are read, yet ignored. I have just filed a BBB complaint as well. Just horrible. Oh and their insurance apparently doesn't cover anything.

Excellent customer service and clean facility. Karen was so helpful. She made the process very smooth and even pleasant. I had a lot to coordinate with my move and this was the easiest part. Thank you for being so reliable! It goes without saying that I would recommend Storage Blue!
