I have been a tenant there since the storage facility was brand new and have always found the prices fair, the area around the units well kept and the response of the property manager, Kaitlin LaCosta above what I expected. When I was looking for a place to store my things, other places had the same 10×10 for a lot more. Not only were other places price more, but they did not have climate control at that price either. When I needed help with my many questions, they were willing to answer them all. In person or on ...Morethe phone, before COVID 19, customer service was what I expected it to be, courteous, friendly, and above all else respectful. I'm glad I didn't go with my first this time. Thank you their team of professional staff, I would recommend them to others who is looking for a place to store their things.

This review is specifically focused on the facility's elevator. I have little to complain about with this facility. It is wonderfully clean and well-kept. Lighting is good and the temperature controlled building is managed very well. Yes, the fees are higher than they should be, but that's my ...More opinion. We have a unit on one of the upper floors of the temp controlled building and therein lies my complaint. There are only two ways of accessing the upper floors of this building; the elevator at the center-front of the building and a fire stairwell at the distant end. While clean, carrying items up and down the stairwell is unpleasant at best. The preferred method is the elevator. This is basically a low use freight elevator and has been out of order 90% of the times I have visited the facility. Understand I don't go to my storage unit frequently. Once every few months is the average. But, 9 out of 10 times I have gone to visit, the elevator was not working. This is very discouraging! Now, am I just very unlucky? Is the elevator only broken on the few occasions that I visit? I don't think so. The law of averages says if the elevator is broken on the few times I have visited, it must be broken far more often. If I had a need to visit my storage unit regularly, I would be moving to a different facility. One with a reliable elevator. I do not know what the operators of this facility have done to resolve the unreliable elevator issue, but it is not enough. If you are considering using this facility, I STRONGLY recommend you avoid the units on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the temp controlled building, as you'll be using the stairs to bring your items in and out far more often than you expect.
