After being a customer for years, they have no compassion for people going through hard times. I have tried to make payment plans due to COVID-19 yet all they say is there is nothing implemented at the moment but to try again at a later time. It is nice that they are still able to work but not e ...Moreveryone has been able to have that luxury. Instead of at least making a plan, they threaten to auction off the unit. I ended up paying in full for a 10x15 after having to borrow money from family and friends. Clearly they are all business and I cannot wait until I can remove all my belongings from that building. Some of the staff is nice but the company itself is not a company I care to spend more time invested in.

This is a warning for long time rental.They will raise your rental for no reason.They send me a 30 days notice to raise my rental in this COVID-19.When people lost jobs and trying to get their life's back together. I have not rented my unit not even a year yet.This was very inconsiderate.What ha ...Mores change in their bills that it has to be pass on to me.Every Things been close.So what I am paying for extra.Please read the 10 page rules/policy before thinking about renting from them.If you on a budget you might be paying more then an apartment.They raise your rental any time they fell like it.Some thing to think about.

Stay away ! Horrible place run by incompetent people. The lack of care the workers show for this place is exactly why the place looks and smells like garbage. Lights are out constantly in hallways and over storage units. If you bring it up to the office they give you a led light to "hang in the ...Moreunit" the district manager Alex is a jerk! doesn't care about the customers at all spoke to him bout the light issue he could care less, rates increased two months after moving in and to top it off as I am moving my stuff out of this horrible place finding mice poop all over....

Let's start by saying they dont deserve that one star I gave this business. They are absolutely horrible from management down (Alex). I came in to speak with someone about some issues I was having about the cleanliness of the facility(mouse feces) and a repair of light bulbs over my unit that h ...Moread been out for months, and my rate being increased twice during the pandemic. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!!

Hi , just want to say I don't know what my life would be with out this storage facility, yes their are many but not like this, so close and convenient to my house. Giant on-site parking with multiple loading areas not like many off the highway places with a nightmare to park n load n unload . Ma ...Morenagement seems to keep the property extra clean and safe. Right off rt 21 easy to find . Iv been here for over 10 years and place does not degrade with all these years , very cool looking building . Current staff is amazing and extremely helpful for why issues I may have . 3 key employees here I have to give credit to are. Starting with Chabeli, any help I ever need she has always assisted me with concern and courtesy. Iv recommended many people to this place because of her. 2nd is Christina , I and a co worker oh a monthly basis do a big load in to this property and she is always 1 step ahead anticipating that no one is blocking the entrance to a specific load in area we use , so helpful . And 3rd Anthony . When ever chabeli or Christina may not be available to assist me he is always there , which I appreciate very much. Great place and great people Thank you
